Conact Us
For homeowners planning a full remodel, the showroom is where the process begins.
It's the place to sit down with Shawn and Tina, understand the full scope of what a design-build engagement looks like, and start making the material and spatial decisions that define a home. From kitchen and bath selections to flooring, lighting, hardware, windows, and custom millwork, the showroom allows clients to see, touch, and experience finishes in context — not on a sample board, but in a fully realized space where every choice has already been made with intention. That distinction matters. It replaces guesswork with confidence and helps clients move through the decision-making process with clarity.

Featured MaterialsEvery material in context. See it before you build it.
Housed within a building defined by soaring bow-truss ceilings, skylights, and a century of history, the design leans into its existing architectural character. Each partner brand is thoughtfully integrated throughout the space in a way that allows the materials and craftsmanship to speak for themselves. Stuga's flooring runs continuously throughout, grounding the studio and creating cohesion, while Cosine's lighting shapes the overall experience of the space. Sculptural fixtures from Entler Studio act as focal points, and Corston's hardware, switches, and outlets appear at key touchpoints. Natural stone from Marble Unlimited anchors the countertops, while Casa Blanc's windows and sliders frame the connection between interior and exterior. At the center of the studio, a custom 12-foot desk by WhyRhymer serves as both a functional workspace and a natural gathering point.

About the Dactoah Studio Showroom
Located in the heart of Old Pasadena, a National Register Historic District just ten miles from downtown Los Angeles, Dacotah Studio's showroom is located in a neighborhood defined by its rich architectural history and strong design presence. Surrounded by beautifully restored late 19th and early 20th century buildings, the space reflects both its historic context and the studio's contemporary point of view.
Designed by principals and married couple Shawn and Tina Taylor, the 1,800-square-foot showroom was created as a direct extension of the philosophy they bring to every client project: that every detail, no matter how small, deserves thoughtful consideration. Rather than functioning as a traditional showroom, the space operates as a working proof of concept, demonstrating how a well-designed environment can influence both how people feel and how they work.
